Chris Taylor has an extensive background in sales, sales management, leadership, credit underwriting, business strategy and problem solving.

Prior to Petros PACE Finance, Chris worked as a consultant with Fannie Mae (FNMA) supporting their Loss Mitigation and Multifamily Origination teams; he has also served as Managing Director for the Healthcare Real Estate Group at Capital One (formerly GE Capital), where he led a $3B+ business focused on providing debt capital to the Senior Housing and Care space. Beyond those roles, he has comprehensive experience specializing in the commercial banking and real estate finance industries.

Chris holds a B.A. Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and has professional training in sales, leadership, public speaking, credit underwriting, Six Sigma and asset/liability management.
