Mansoor Ghori is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Petros.

Mansoor Ghori

Mansoor Ghori is a Founder, CEO, and Board Member of Petros PACE Finance. He leads Credit, Underwriting, and Business Development, and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is integral to underwriting and structuring transactions, leveraging his 30+ years of experience in structured finance.

Prior to Petros, he was the President and CEO of Accent Capital and was responsible for the investment and administrative activities of the firm. He was also a Managing Director at Transamerica Technology Finance Corporation, which was subsequently acquired by GE Capital, and a Principal at Sternhill Partners, a $100 million venture capital firm based in Houston.

Prior to joining Sternhill, he was the Founder and SVP/Regional Manager of Imperial Bank’s Southwest Region of the Emerging Growth Industries Group (acquired by Comerica Bank). He was also a VP in the National Accounts Division of Silicon Valley Bank, focusing on investments in high-technology and biotech companies in Texas.

Mansoor also currently serves on the following boards: Petros, STG Design, PACENation, C-PACE Alliance, as well as the Andy Roddick Foundation. In addition, he is also an Executive Committee Member of Petros, PACENation and C-PACE Alliance, and a finance committee member of PACENation and the Andy Roddick Foundation.

Mansoor is a graduate of Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California and holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.

Jim Stanislaus

Jim Stanislaus is a Founder, CFO, and Board Member of Petros PACE Finance. He heads Capital Markets and Finance and is a Member of the Investment Committee. With 30+ years of experience, he manages new financial product design, institutional investor partnerships and their long-term off-take agreements, banking facilities, rating agencies, and other strategic relationships.  Jim has structured and directly sourced billions of dollars in structured finance products from institutional investor partners.

Prior to starting Petros, Jim was the CFO & COO of Enhanced Capital Partners, a national, private asset management and investment firm. While there, Jim structured an array of transactions with Berkshire Hathaway and other institutional investors and financial partners. He started and was the Co-Head of the firm’s Tax Credit Monetization business, sourced and managed investments for the firm, and was on the Investment Committee.  Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Jim worked with Reservoir Capital Group, a $6 billion New York-based private investment firm. He held senior positions at Fortune 50 companies, Dell and Procter & Gamble, prior to Reservoir.

Jim holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from SMU in Dallas. Jim is a member of the Cockrell School of Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Texas at Austin and a board member of the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation (Texas PSFC). Texas PSFC manages the Texas Permanent School Fund, a $56 billion public endowment of the State of Texas, formed in 1845 for the benefit of Texas public schools.

Ephraim Rudman

Mr. Rudman joined Apollo in 2019 and is a Partner in the Financial Services Group. Mr. Rudman is primarily focused on financial services, yield platforms and yield partnerships for Apollo’s equity and debt businesses. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rudman was with GE Capital for 15 years, most recently as Head of M&A and Portfolio Strategy. While there, amongst other activities, he played a central role in the planning and executing of the GE Capital restructuring. Mr. Rudman graduated summa cum laude from Touro College with a B.A. in Political Science and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Nancy De Liban

Nancy is Partner & Global Head of Consumer & Residential Credit at Apollo. Prior to joining Apollo, Nancy was a Senior Managing Director at Countrywide Financial Corporation, as well as the President of Countrywide Alternative Asset Management. While at Countrywide, Nancy oversaw non-agency MBS and whole loan trading including all conduit operations. Nancy was also a member of Countrywide’s Model Validation Committee and was one of the senior managers in charge of Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance. Previously, Nancy was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns and was employed for nearly 15 years, where she was a member of the mortgage team focused on modeling, structuring and trading of structured products and was responsible for numerous structural innovations. Nancy received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Southern California. She currently serves on the board of directors of Aris Mortgage Holding Company, LLC.

Benjamin Israel

Ben Israel is a Managing Director in the Real Assets group at Apollo, with a focus on business strategy and capital markets for Apollo’s global real estate platform. In his role, Ben is involved with developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, including M&A and organic business expansion, as well as executing capital markets transactions in the public and private markets. Prior to joining Apollo in 2012, Ben was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co. He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BA in Economics and Finance.

Joseph Costa

Mr. Costa joined Apollo in 2020 as a Principal in the Private Equity group focused on financial services. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Costa worked in Private Equity at The Blackstone Group focused on financial services and healthcare investments. Prior to Blackstone, he worked at Corvex Management as an Investment Analyst covering financials and healthcare. Mr. Costa started his career at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, where he worked in the financial institutions investment banking coverage group.

Mr. Costa received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and a John L. Loeb Fellow.

Shannon Erdmann

Ms. Shannon Erdmann joined Apollo in 2020 as a Portfolio Manager focused on security-selection, modeling, surveillance and trading of CMBS and ABS securities. Prior to joining Apollo, Ms. Erdmann was the head of the CMBS and ABS sector team at Guggenheim Partners for 6 years. Prior to Guggenheim, she worked at PIMCO London and Newport Beach for a total of 6.5 years in the structured products and generalist global portfolio management teams. Finally, Shannon started her professional career working as a property and casualty actuary for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company for 3 years. Ms. Erdmann holds a Masters degree in Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley and B.S. in Statistical Science from UC Santa Barbara. Ms. Erdmann has 20+ years of financial and insurance related experience.

Dhruv Vyas

Mr. Vyas is a Principal in the Private Equity group at Apollo, where he is focused on the Financial Services sector. Prior to that time, he was an Investment Professional in the Financial Services team at Pine Brook Partners and an Associate in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Barclays. Mr. Vyas graduated from the Ivey Business School with a BA in Business Administration (distinction and honors), as well as from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry with a BMSc (honors specialization), both at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Vyas is also a CFA charterholder.

Tommy Deavenport

Tommy Deavenport is the Chief Operating Officer of Petros PACE Finance.

Tommy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to Petros, Tommy was on the founding team and a Managing Director of Square 1 Bank (acquired by Pacific Western Bank).

Prior to Square 1 Bank Tommy served at AV Labs, an accelerator fund of Austin Ventures.

Prior to AV Labs, Tommy held an SVP role at Imperial Bank (acquired by Comerica). Tommy was also co-founder of VCFO, a leading fractional accounting firm headquartered in Austin.

Tommy holds a BBA in accounting from Texas State University.

Andy Meyer

Andy Meyer is the Managing Director of Originations at Petros PACE Finance. He is based in St. Louis and is responsible for the origination, structuring and closing of PACE and tax credit transactions throughout the country.

Andy has significant experience in the PACE industry, joining Petros from Twain Financial Partners, where he served as Director of PACE Financing and Associate General Counsel. While at Twain, he started and oversaw the company’s PACE financing platform nationwide. He also structured and closed some of the first rated securitizations of PACE assets in the industry. In addition to PACE, Andy assisted with the origination and closing of Twain’s tax credit, debt and equity investments throughout the country. Prior to Twain, Andy was a real estate and structured finance attorney at Husch Blackwell LLP.

Andy holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Dayton, an MBA from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and a J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Rachel Davis is Senior Vice President of Sales for Petros PACE Finance.

Rachel Davis

Rachel Davis is Senior Vice President of Partner Management and Originations for Petros PACE Finance. Rachel is based in Houston and oversees all business development and marketing activities and is responsible for the growing originations team.

She began her career at Reliant Energy, a Houston based provider of electricity and smart energy services. As a Marketing Manager, she spent 12 years working with customers and consultants managing commodity price risk through electricity contracts in Texas and the Northeast. Most recently, Rachel led a national business development team for NRG Energy, a Fortune 200 energy company, where along with her team, she pursued partnerships for onsite/offsite solar, wind, community solar, energy efficiency and combined heat and power systems with Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, she worked with strategic partner firms in the energy efficiency sector to develop and implement sales acquisition strategies for thermal energy storage and evaporative pre-cooling solutions for utility programs in California.

Rachel graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing.

Connor Murch

Connor Murch is a Vice President of Business Development at Petros PACE Finance.

Connor joins Petros from a position as the Director of Business Development at Stonehill PACE, where he led origination efforts for the PACE financing division of Stonehill Strategic Capital.

Prior to that, Connor gained extensive experience closing transactions for PACE and other commercial real estate financing solutions while serving as a Senior Finance Manager at RAHILL Capital, a specialty lender. He also held roles as a Finance Manager and Project Manager at Revival STL Construction, a commercial real estate development, investment and management firm.

Connor received a BSBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.

Rob Shear

Rob Shear is the Senior Vice President of New Markets at Petros PACE Finance.

He has more than 30 years of experience as a successful builder and operator of businesses, primarily focused on innovative financing products and solutions.

Prior to that, he spent 20 years as a pioneer and leader in the viatical and life settlements industry, the secondary market of life insurance in the U.S, where his leadership experience included selling and buying back a settlement provider, managing a subsidiary of NYSE-listed municipal bond insurer, and serving as the industry association president.

He attended York University.

Dustin Gabriel is a Vice President of Originations of Petros PACE Finance.

Dustin Gabriel

Dustin Gabriel is a Vice President of Originations of Petros PACE Finance. Dustin is based in Dallas and focuses on building the PACE business in the Dallas area and in other select PACE markets throughout the country.

He joins Petros from Bank of the Ozarks, where he oversaw the construction and operations of a national loan portfolio for 7.2 million square feet valued at $2.3 billion in commercial real estate. Prior to Bank of the Ozarks, he worked at Commercial Real Estate Investment Management where he was responsible for commercial real estate asset management, leasing, disposition, finance and operations.

He is also a former strategy and research consultant at Cicero Group.

Dustin is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and holds an MPA with an emphasis in finance from the Romney Institute.

Nicole Robben

Nicole Robben is a Vice President of Business Development at Petros PACE Finance. Nicole is based in Nashville, and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing PACE transactions throughout the country with more of a focus on building PACE business in Tennessee and the surrounding region.

Nicole joins Petros from Pathway Lending, where she served as the Director of Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a Development Lending Officer for the Housing Fund.

While serving as a Market Leader/Lender at PACE Equity, Nicole gained valuable experience in the C-PACE industry.

Prior to that Nicole held various roles in the real estate industry including working for LISC, the City of Milwaukee, and a Community Development Corporation.

Nicole received her BS in Economics from James Madison University. She is also a certified Economic Development Finance Professional and Rental Housing Development Finance Professional.

Brett Weir

Brett Weir

Brett Weir is an Underwriting Account Manager at Petros PACE Finance.

Brett joins Petros from Titan Fund Management, where he coordinated underwriting, as an Analyst, for a $115 million private equity fund focused on investments in ground-up real estate developments in secondary and tertiary markets.

Prior to that, Brett served as a Credit Analyst at BOK Financial, underwriting $130 million worth of construction and acquisition credit facilities for institutional grade commercial real estate assets.

Brett holds a B.S.BA. in accounting and finance from the University of Arkansas.

Damon Borders is a Business Development officer with Petros PACE Finance.

Damon Borders

Damon Borders is a Business Development officer with Petros PACE Finance. He is based in Dallas and focuses on building the C-PACE business in Texas.

Damon joined Petros’ business development team in 2015 and has played a critical role in building the C-PACE market. He has more than 20 years of experience providing engineering and environmental consulting services to the commercial real estate industry. Damon joined Petros from CODA Consulting Group, an independent consulting firm he founded in 2009.  Prior to that he spent more than 10 years as a consultant at Pond, Robinson & Associates.

Damon holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Science from Baylor University.

Scott Moxham

Scott Moxham is a Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Petros PACE Finance. He is responsible for managing the firm’s financial and tax accounting and reporting operations, in addition to working on key strategic growth initiatives of the firm.

Scott’s career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in structured finance, tax credit monetization, and investment management, with extensive experience in commercial real estate and fixed income securities.

In his previous positions, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer at Capella Capital Partners, an Austin-based commercial real estate development firm with an asset portfolio spanning office, retail, multi-family, storage, and raw land. At Capella, he oversaw financial operations for more than 20 real estate entities, managing reporting, underwriting, and transactions to fund the firm’s growth.

Prior to that, in Scott’s previous job at Petros, he was responsible for key aspects of structuring, modeling, and underwriting for the firm’s tax credit-based investments. As a founding employee of the firm, he also played a critical role in the launch of Petros PACE Finance.

He also held senior-level accounting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

Scott earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he is a CFA charter holder and a CPA licensed in the state of Texas.
