Damon Borders is an Origination partner at Petros PACE Finance.

He is based in Dallas and focuses on building the C-PACE business in across the country.

Damon joined Petros’ business development team in 2015 and has played a critical role in building the C-PACE market. He has more than 20 years of experience providing engineering and environmental consulting services to the commercial real estate industry. Damon joined Petros from CODA Consulting Group, an independent consulting firm he founded in 2009. Prior to that he spent more than 10 years as a consultant at Pond, Robinson & Associates.

Damon holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Science from Baylor University.
