Mark Kelley is a Capital Markets Associate at Petros PACE Finance.

Mark joins Petros from Backd Business Funding, where he served as a Senior Credit Analyst. While there, he identified and made recommendations regarding the risk/ reward relationship of lending opportunities, analyzed credit data, financial statements, and generated key financial ratios to evaluate the financial status of prospective clients. Mark graduated with a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University and holds a CFA®️ Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.

Melissa Watts is Marketing Director at Petros PACE Finance.

Melissa has a combined 13+ years Marketing experience including 7 years in the Real Estate industry. She joins Petros from OneAffiniti, a digital marketing agency, as a Sr. Partner Marketing Consultant in Austin, Texas.

Melissa holds a BBA in Business Management & Marketing from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

Allison Gibb is Executive Assistant to Mansoor Ghori and Jim Stanislaus at Petros PACE Finance.

Allison has more than 10 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership in the legal, finance, and real estate industries. She joins Petros from a position as executive assistant and office manager at ATX Energy Partners, LLC, a privately held oil and gas company. Her experience prior to that includes more than five years serving in executive assistant and administrative roles at Goldman Sachs and several professional services firms.

She holds a BA in History from Southern Methodist University.

Matt Malcom is a consultant with Petros and a certified public accountant, licensed in Maryland and Texas.

Prior to working with Petros, Matt worked for Reznick Group, a national accounting firm, for fifteen years. During that time, Matt worked with all types of tax credit transactions, including New Market Tax Credits (NMTC), historic tax credits (HTC), renewable energy credits, including the Section 1603 grant program, and other credit programs.

Beginning in 2005, Matt became extensively involved in the NMTC program, working with over 40 Community Development Entities (CDEs) to help structure transactions as well as provide tax and audit services. He has worked with well over 250 transactions in the NMTC program, including projects that involved non-profits, entertainment facilities, hotels, office buildings, health and wellness facilities, retail, charter schools, and numerous other transactions. In addition, some of these transactions have included the combination of NMTC with HTC to increase community and economic impact as well as create additional benefit for NMTC investors.

Matt graduated from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland with a B.S. in Accounting. He is currently an executive board member of the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and a director at the state level of TSCPA.
