Nicole is based in Nashville, and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing PACE transactions throughout the country with more of a focus on building PACE business in Tennessee and the surrounding region.

Nicole joins Petros from Pathway Lending, where she served as the Director of Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, Nicole worked as a Development Lending Officer for the Housing Fund.

While serving as a Market Leader/Lender at PACE Equity, Nicole gained valuable experience in the C-PACE industry.

Prior to that Nicole held various roles in the real estate industry including working for LISC, the City of Milwaukee, and a Community Development Corporation.

Nicole received her BS in Economics from James Madison University. She is also a certified Economic Development Finance Professional and Rental Housing Development Finance Professional.
