Before joining Petros, Ben held a series of senior legal and business positions at ORIX USA, most recently as Head of Structuring and Special Situations for the Infrastructure and Public Finance Group. He began his legal career at Foley & Lardner LLP, where he spent six years advising clients across a range of complex financial restructuring matters.

Ben earned a JD/MBA from Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law and holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed attorney and an active member of several professional organizations, including the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) and the Dallas Bar Association.
