He is based in St. Louis and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing PACE transactions throughout the country.

Andy joins Petros from Twain Financial Partners, as Vice President, overseeing Originations including C-PACE, historic tax credits, and ground lease capital opportunities. Prior to that, Andy was a manager at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on ground-up development projects, client coordination, and transactions.

Andy received a BBA from Westminster College and has over 12 years of combined CRE & finance experience.
