He is based in California and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing PACE transactions throughout the country.

Ben joins Petros from SRS Real Estate Partners, as Vice President of Debt & Equity, where he founded and led the National Debt & Equity team, focusing on financing CRE acquisitions, refinancing, and developments. Prior to that, Ben was an Associate at Barrington Capital Corp, responsible for managing and originating client relationships as well as arranging and securing debt and equity across all property types.

Ben received a BS in Business Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California and has combined CRE & finance experience.
