Connor Wolfe is a VP of Originations at Petros PACE Finance. He is based in New York City and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing PACE transactions throughout the country. Connor joins Petros fom North Bridge ESG, as Vice President, overseeing C-PACE Originations. Prior to that, Connor was a Sr. Manager of Maret Development & Strategy at Nuveen Green Capital, focusing on sourcing C-PACE leads and nurturing industry relationships. Connor received a BA from Connecticut College and has 8 years of combined CRE and finance experience.
