Dague Retzlaff is a commercial real estate finance executive with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the senior housing sector for the past 19 years. His career began in commercial real estate banking with M&I Bank (later BMO), underwriting multi-family construction and Freddie Mac loans. In 2006, he transitioned to senior housing, serving as an underwriter for Merrill Lynch Capital and GE Capital for eight years. After a period as an Underwriting Manager, he moved into an originations role, where he has spent the last 12 years sourcing and structuring senior housing loans for both GE Capital and Capital One. Dague’s expertise encompasses the full cycle of senior housing finance, from underwriting and credit analysis to loan origination.
Dague earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and a Master of Science degree from the Wisconsin School of Business in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
