Josh joined Petros from the Texas Water Development Board, where he worked for four years as a Financial Analyst in debt and portfolio management. During his tenure there, Josh was part of a team that issued over $7.5 billion in bonds and brought two new credits to market. Before that, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst at the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas.

Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA® Charterholder.
