Kevin Porter is Chief Investment Officer at Petros PACE Finance.

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate financing industry, joining Petros from Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Kevin served as Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Credit for MC Five Mile and held Director roles at Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending and Bank of America Merrill Lynch Real Estate Principal Investments.

Kevin received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and holds his MBA in finance from The University of Texas.
