Michael Yaki is Senior Vice President & Senior Counsel of Policy and Programs at Petros PACE Finance.

Michael’s expertise in PACE law and policy has led to the creation of new markets and PACE innovations across the country. As a thought leader in the industry, Michael has provided guidance to legislators in state and local governments, as well as local program administrators, in shaping and implementing successful C-PACE programs. This includes advancing the fundamental structure of C-PACE statutes and programs nationwide.

Michael received his B.A. from UC Berkeley and his J.D. from the Yale Law School.
