Michael is based in Miami and focuses on building the PACE business in the Miami area and across the country.

Michael joined Petros’ business development team in 2021 and works with real estate developers and owners to secure PACE financing on their properties, increasing ROE for themselves and their investors. Prior to Petros, Michael served as a Capital Markets and Investor Relations Director for Rivergate Companies focusing efforts and resources on its active joint venture partners with the goal of delivering outsized returns in varying product types, geographies, and market cycles.

Michael holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Florida and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification from the American Bankers Association.
