Nick Maglasang is a Senior Vice President of Originations at Petros PACE Finance.

Nick Joins Petros from Twain Financial Partners, where he served as the Vice President of Business Development. Where there, he originated, structured, underwrote, and closed C-PACE, Tax, Credit, Bridge Loan, Ground Lease Capital, and Sale-Leaseback transactions. Nick developed strategic relationships with real estate developers, capital providers, brokers and third-party professionals associated with all asset classes. Prior to that, Nick held board member positions at RISE Young Professionals and Billiken Soccer Club, as well as an Associate member of the St. Louis Sports Commission. Nick holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Louis University, John Cook School of Business.
