Ryan Mazelli is an Origination partner at Petros PACE Finance.

He is based in Salt Lake City and focuses on building the C-PACE business nationwide.

Ryan joined Petros’ business development team in 2023 and has played a critical role in building the C-PACE market. He has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and renewable energy lending industry, with a specific focus on building financial products. Ryan joined Petros from Ygrene as Managing Director, where he developed and maintained a leading C-PACE financing program. Ryan has also initiated and developed relationships with strategic partnerships nationwide, both in the private and government sectors. He brings his creativity and expertise to solve complex transactions with Petros.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Finance and Real Estate from Chapman University.
