Seth is a seasoned commercial real estate finance professional with over 15 years of experience in originations, underwriting, and credit risk management. In his prior role at Morgan Stanley, he played a key role in structuring and approving lending opportunities. He has held other roles at Deutsche Bank, MC-Five Mile, and Moody’s Investors Service, where he honed his expertise in deal structuring, credit analysis, and CMBS transactions.

Seth holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
