He is based in St. Louis and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing PACE transactions throughout the country.

Will joins Petros from Twain Financial Partners, as Director of Real Estate, overseeing Originations including C-PACE, historic tax credits, and ground lease capital opportunities. Prior to that, Will was an asset manager at U.S. Bancorp, focusing on managing a portfolio of new markets and historic tax credit equity investments.

Will received a BA from the University of Michigan and has a combined 10 years of finance experience.
